Everything is going up. My car insurance has just gone up $50 for no fault of my own. Now my electric company wants to raise their rates because they say so. My taxes are going up because they say so. My rent has gone up because they say so.

Why aren’t my wages going up because I say so?

Some people call these rate hikes growth but not everyone has the income to pay for this lavish spending. If a person or entity doesn’t have the means to pay for all of these items on their own without raising taxes or fees they shouldn’t be doing it.

And what about Five Flags, the new dock for the proposed new boat, the Corridor, Millwork District? Where does it all end?

I can’t afford something — I don’t buy it. Hmm ... maybe I should, I could raise it to the limits and go bankrupt.
