GRAND CHUTE, Wis. — The Mineral Point baseball team fell today in a battle of undefeateds in the WIAA Division 4 state final game.

Webster handled Mineral Point by a score of 11-1.

Webster, the reigning Division 3 champion, came into the game sporting a 29-0 record, while Mineral Point was 27-0. 

Webster got on the board first, pushing across a run in the first inning for a 1-0 lead. 

And while Mineral Point scored a run of its own in the second, Webster tacked on four more for a 5-1 cushion.

Webster added two runs in the fourth and four in the seventh.
