We're Making Changes!

On Wednesday, September 16th, TelegraphHerald.com will be switching providers for our member accounts. Here's what you need to know...



NOTE:

Many customers were getting errors when trying to update passwords today. This issue has been corrected and the password reset is working correctly now.



What happened to my account?

If you're already a member, and we have your e-mail address on file, then we've already created an account for you! Use the "forgot password" feature to choose a new password and you will be able to read our articles.

Will this affect my Telegraph Herald mobile app?

Yes, you will also need to enter your new password into the mobile app. The same password for TelegraphHerald.com will give you access to the app.

When you open the app, you'll automatically be taken to the log-in screen and can use the "Forgot Password" button to reactivate your account.



Can I share articles with friend?

Yes! We are now allowing "sampling", which means non-members will be able to read a limited number of articles for free each month. We encourage you to share links stories you like with friends and family via Social Media, email, or any other method that sends visitors back to TelegraphHerald.com



What are the other benefits this change?

Our new account system will improve the security around our credit card processing while allowing Telegraph Herald to be more flexible in what we offer in the future. In additon, customers will no longer need a separate password to submit a classified ad.
