Another local retailer soon will start requiring masks to help stop the spread of COVID-19. 

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa announced today that masks or face coverings will be required to anyone who enters a Goodwill facility, including the Dubuque location. The requirement applies to employees, customers and donors.

"As availability permits, face masks can be purchased at the checkout counter in our retail stores," states a press release.
