Why are bicyclists allowed on Rupp Hollow Road? This road is narrow and has very deep ditches at the end of the pavement. It would appear that having these riders take the Heritage Trail to the Northwest Arterial and using the pedestrian trail would be a safer option for both the bicyclists and the vehicle operators that use Rupp Hollow.

Bicyclists, generally-speaking, are a-holes.
