DELHI, Iowa — Two trustees were elected Tuesday to the Lake Delhi Recreational Facility and Water Quality District board.
Larry Burger and Mark Thompson were elected to three-year terms on the board, which is the public entity that owns and manages the dam and spillway, as well as other public properties on the lake, and represents the property owners within the Lake Delhi taxing district.
Burger received 21 votes and Thompson 19, according to results released late Tuesday night by the Delaware County Auditor’s Office.
A write-in candidate, James Willey, received two votes.
Election officials said final results will be available after a canvass on Monday, July 26.
