Mary Ann Nachtman, 80, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on Monday March 13, 2023, at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque.
Friends and family may visit from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 15, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, where a funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. with Deacon David Roth officiating. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Mary was born on January 18, 1943, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Irvin O. and Lucille (Kratz) Nachtman. She worked at Riverside Bowl for several years. She was also employed at Advance Transformer in Platteville, Wisconsin for 20 years, and retired from Manor Care in Dubuque in 2008. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, great aunt, and friend.

Survivors include her son Ron (Shelly) Nachtman of Lincoln, NE, granddaughter Jadyn Nachtman, sister Corrine Schwartz, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Lorraine and brother-in-law (Carl) Sprague, brother and sister-in-law Irvin (Kay) Nachtman, and brother-in-law Jack Schwartz.
A special thanks to the workers at Stonehill Care Center and Hospice of Dubuque for the care and kindness they provided to Mary.
